Our high flow throttle body inlet is designed it to be larger, but also more aerodynamic than the stock part. Our inlet has a 56% internal volume increase over the stock inlet. Using the latest CAD software, the shape of the inlet tract was flow optimized and cast from aluminum for best performance. All critical parts were CNC machined to ensure perfect fitment and performance.

We have also included our machined throttle body spacer from with two additional ports for boost reference and methanol injection; as well and a high-flow 2.75″ throttle inlet pipe. Custom-made silicone couplers and t-bolt clamps allow for seamless, easy installation.

CTS Turbo is proud to announce our proprietary high-flow downpipe for 2018+ Audi 8V RS3/8S TTRS with 2.5L TFSI EVO (EA855) engine. This stainless steel high-flow downpipe that allows the user to remove the restrictive factory "main catalytic converters". This downpipe is a part of our modular exhaust system and it is compatible with factory or CTS Turbo mid-pipes. We used CAD simulation to streamline the flow of exhaust gasses and ensure that it splits evenly into two outlets. Many hours of R&D were spent to ensure perfect fit, smooth exhaust flow and excellent sound. At CTS Turbo we are proud to announce our new air intake system for the 2.5T EVO MK3 TTRS & 8V.2 RS3 (facelift) 2018 model year.

The OEM air scoop works in conjunction with our airbox to seamlessly force cold air into our air intake system.  Air then flows through our high flow cone air filter, which utilizes an inverted cone design and 4″ Velocity stack for maximum engine breathing.  Our single-piece CNC mandrel-bent aluminum intake pipe allows for smooth entry of cold air into the engine providing peak power gains ranging from 6-11HP.  All of the components included in the CTS air intake system work flawlessly together to provide increased horsepower and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race-inspired sound.

The coupler included is only compatible with the factory turbo inlet pipe. 4″ coupler for CTS Turbo inlet pipe is available separately.
