CTS Turbo is proud to release our B-Cool Billet Oil Filter Housing.  The OE plastic filter housing is quite fragile and is know to become brittle and crack over time.  Each CTS Turbo B-Cool Billet Oil Filter Housing is constructed in house from T6061 Aluminum.  Not only does the B-Cool filter look good, but it works great.  We have engineered cooling fins into our design to act as a heatsink, which dissipates heat from the engine oil.

Installation is very straight forward and only required basic hand tools:

Drain oil from filter housing, use a 36mm socket to remove the factory oil filter housing, install new filter, install new filter housing o-ring to CTS housing, reinstall on the car and tighted to 18 ft/lbs, refill engine oil.

The CTS B-Cool Billet fits Audi, VW, Seat, Skoda models with EA113 2.0T FSI engines, 2.5L 5-cylinder engines and 2.5T 5-cylinder turbo engines.

Product Details The ECS Billet Aluminum Manifold Port Boost Tap Kit conveniently adds three boost / vacuum ports to your Gen3 engine for any of your specific needs. Located on the left side of the intake manifold within the unused side intake port, this location provides a strong pneumatic signal and allows for an installation. Through multiple design revisions and product testing, our team of engineers found that other methods of acquiring a manifold signal, such as spacing the MAP / IAT sensor on top of the intake manifold, lead to skewed data being transmitted to the ECU. We found that intake air temperatures were reading lower (15-20° F at WOT), ignition timing was off (as much as -5°) and air /fuel ratio was richer (+1.0 point by 5,000 RPM). This directly translated into engine power dropping by as much as 6 WHP on an untuned vehicle! At CTS Turbo we are proud to announce our new air intake system for the VW MK7 & MK7.5 Golf/GTI, MK7 & MK7.5 Golf R and facelift Audi A3/S3 is ready! This is the largest intake available, and it is excellent for tuned vehicles that require the extra air flow. 

The OEM air scoop works in conjunction with our sealed airbox to seamlesly force cold air into our air intake system.  Air then flows through our 3.5" high flow air filter, which utilizes an inverted cone design for maximum engine breathing.  Our 3.5" CNC mandrel bent aluminum intake pipe allows for smooth entry of cold air directly into the the engine, minimizing turbulence from unnecessary connections. All of the components included in the CTS air intake system work flawlessly together to provide increased horsepower and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race inspired sound.

Peak power gains range from 10-15HP on an otherwise stock vehicle. We recommend disabling your Soundaktor (noise amplifier) to fully enjoy the true sound of your motor and remove excessive drone caused by the device.
