We are pleased to present the cold air intake system for 'RoW' Market MK7 Golf 1.4TSI with EA211 engine. 

The CTS intake system is constructed from T6061 aircraft grade aluminum and offers superior heat disipation, improved airflow and cooler intake temperatures. 

The CTS air box connects seamlessly to the factory air inlet drawing cool air from outside of the engine bay, while deflecting radiant heat from the engine bay. 

Improving airflow and reducing intake temperatures increases power, and fuel economy, while reducing spool up time. The turbo and the diverter valve sounds become a lot more noticeable and make the car more fun to drive!

CTS Turbo is proud to release our 187mm Dual Pulley Upgrade Kit for Supercharged 3.0T V6 engines (press-on style).

The smaller diameter supercharger pulley and larger diameter crank pulley will increase the speed at which the supercharger spins and will increase the boost pressure output.  Increased boost pressure in conjunction with upgraded ECU software results in a dramatic increase in horsepower and torque throughout the entire powerband. This will not drastically increase stress or excessive wear on supercharger or engine components.

This kit features press-on style supercharger pulley. Check on your vehicle before ordering!

NOTE: This kit must be used with appropriate “Stage 2+” or equivalent performance software. Please contact your tuner. Use of upgraded heat exchanger is highly recommended.

CTS Turbo is proud to announce our improved 8V, 8V.2/8S Audi RS3/TTRS Throttle Body Inlet Kit for DAZA and DNWA

Our high flow throttle body inlet is designed it to be larger, but also more aerodynamic than the stock part. Our inlet has a 56% internal volume increase over the stock inlet. Using the latest CAD software, the shape of the inlet tract was flow optimized and cast from aluminum for best performance. All critical parts were CNC machined to ensure perfect fitment and performance.

We have also included our machined throttle body spacer from with two additional ports for boost reference and methanol injection; as well and a high-flow 2.75″ throttle inlet pipe. Custom-made silicone couplers and t-bolt clamps allow for seamless, easy installation.

The CTS Turbo Muffler delete is a one-piece design CNC constructed from T6 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum and hard anodized to reduce wear.

Our Turbo Muffler delete replaces the restrictive, power-robbing OEM Turbo Muffler, which is designed to reduce turbocharger harmonic noise.  By removing the restriction you gain 6-7HP and improve the throttle response!

Our kit installs in 30 minutes with hand tools, fits perfectly and looks great.

Upgrading your IE 5" velocity stack intake with our harsh climate filter kit will further keep your engine safe when traveling on dirt roads, sandy beaches, or anywhere with dusty contaminants in the air. 

KIT DETAILS

This complete filter kit uses a 3 step approach to combat harsh climates. The filter has been increased from a 6 pleat construction to 8 pleats to increase cotton density. The cotton pleats are then treated with a penetrating filter oil to further catch and trap particulates. As a final measure, a pre-filter sock adds a final layer of protection over the filter. Together, these 3 barriers offer superior filtration for your intake system over our standard performance air filter.

RECHARGING

As the air filter does its job of effectively catching more particulates, eventually it will have to be cleaned and maintained. We recommend washing your cotton filter in water with a little Dawn dish soap, rinsing thoroughly, and allowing it to completely air dry. To replace the oil, any off-the-shelf filter oil kit from your local auto parts supply chain can be used. Do not over-oil the filter, a little goes a long way.

IE DSG TUNE TECHNICAL FEATURES HIGHER SHIFT POINTS Utilize the whole powerband of your turbocharged Gen 3 TSI with IS20 Turbo engine without the DSG interfering and shifting early. DRIVE MAPPING REWORKED The MQB 2.0 TSI DSG is designed to a fault to keep engine rpm extremely low in drive. We completely reworked this, creating a more enthusiast-friendly drive mapping which shifts a bit higher. This eliminates vibration and that constant feeling that you’re lugging the engine. We’ve reworked the downshifting aspect as well, making the transmission much quicker to deliver power when you need it. Thousands of miles of testing were accumulated and a variety of users were polled to come up with this improved drive mode. INCREASED CLUTCH PRESSURE Increasing the clutch pressure allows for the transmission to hold more torque without causing clutch damage or expedited wear. With the increased torque, the acceleration will be greatly increased and launches will far more aggressive. FLASHED THROUGH OBD-II PORT There’s no need to remove the TCU from the car and it can be flashed in your driveway or through an IE software dealer. Additionally, having an IE PowerLink cables means you can install updates are they become available as well as read TCU and ECU fault codes. TAKE-OFF LAG REDUCED The clutch engagement has been reworked to reduce that annoying “DSG Lag” when moving away from a stop.
