After months of testing various manufacturers, a multitude of knock off ‘Cree’ and ‘OSRAM’ LEDs, we are proud to announce our own, High Output ‘Remnant Series’, Reverse LED which utilises Samsung LED Chips.

VW has encountered a problem with the FSI camshaft and cam follower that could lead to damage to your engine's cylinder head.

This small part can play quite a big role in your engine's well-being. It conveys the movement of your camshaft into power for the high pressure fuel pump by riding directly on the camshaft lobe.

 If it becomes worn to the point of breaking it can cause permanent damage to the camshaft, fuel pump, or both. It could also send metal particles into your cylinder head which can cause damage to moving parts. Without replacement, it is common for followers to have holes worn through them.

Replacing this follower as a form of preventative maintenance can save you from spending even more money and time replacing your fuel pump or camshaft from damage caused by a worn follower.

The Mk5/Mk6 ConsolePod™ holds two (2) 2” or 2 1/16” (52mm) gauges and mounts on underside of the center console. Made with a low-gloss finish, the ConsolePod is uniquely designed to allow you to use the storage compartment 12V power socket and angles the gauges upward towards the driver. The ConsolePod can be used for both LHD and RHD cars and comes with split loom tubing to cover and protect the gauge wires.

At CTS Turbo we are proud to announce our new 3″ air intake system for the 1.8TSI and 2.0T Gen1 and Gen3 VW/Audi range of vehicles. This kit includes parts that make it compatible with both generations of TSI engines!

The air scoop works in conjunction with our sealed airbox to seamlessly force cold air into our 3″ air intake system.  Air then flows through our high flow cone air filter, which utilizes an inverted cone design for maximum engine breathing.  Our 3″ CNC mandrel-bent aluminum intake pipe allows for smooth entry of cold air into the engine providing peak power gains ranging from 9-15WHP. By using a factory MAF housing (when equipped), you can be sure that fuel trims will remain perfect.

All of the components included in the CTS air intake system work flawlessly together to provide increased horsepower and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race-inspired sound.

This intake kit is designed to be compatible with our TSI Gen1 BOSS kits; intake pipe features 2x 1/8NPT bungs for easy installation of BOSS kits.

The CTS Turbo TSI Turbo Outlet Pipe (TOP) is designed to replace the narrow 'pancake' pipe that comes as factory equipment on your vehicle. Our Turbo Outlet Pipe features 2.25" diameter aluminum tube for optimized flow. The CNC machined billet mating flange makes connecting this TOP to your FMIC literally a snap. The billet anodized turbo to TOP connector, 2.25" coupler and premium clamps top this package off. Our engineers designed the compressor cover and exhaust housing to work with the larger K04 CHRA, exactly how intended. While other manufacturers simply install a larger K04 CHRA into a small factory-spec housing. Beware of these hybrid builds, they are not made to provide optimal flow for the larger turbine wheel and can lead to poor performance and premature failure. High-quality castings are CNC machined to replace your factory turbocharger and do not require any additional parts to be installed. All you need to run this K04 2.0T FSI/TSI Transverse Turbocharger Upgrade is a tune for your ECU and a performance downpipe. This kit is by far the best ‘bang for the buck’ modification available for VW and Audi enthusiasts with the 2.0T FSI and 2.0T TSI engine.
