    Upon installing the Volkswagen fuel pump, notable differences include 5% Horsepower & Torque increase on stock mapping.

    Our HPFP kit continues to be the benchmark that imitators strive to reach. However, Autotech’s HPFP Kit is not easily duplicated. 

    There are many reasons why Autotech’s Kit is superior. Here are a few: 

    ~Each piston (11.66mm) and cylinder in AutoTech High-Pressure Fuel Pump kit undergo high-precision grinding processes many times during their manufacture, ensuring that the most precise tolerances are maintained through the final step. Not the cheapest way to make them, but the best way.

    ~Each piston and cylinder are match-ground and serialized to ensure absolute precision and the utmost longevity.

    ~Autotech was the first to incorporate plasma DLC coating on HPFP components to reduce friction losses and increase performance. Others have tried to follow by adding a coating to their parts. However, the DLC process alone is not enough – it is not a cure for substandard precision – the parts must be engineered specifically for the process to take full advantage: Autotech’s are. The success we have in the field can attest to that.

    At CTS Turbo we are proud to announce our new air intake system for the VW MK7 & MK7.5 Golf/GTI, MK7 & MK7.5 Golf R and facelift Audi A3/S3 is ready! This is the largest intake available, and it is excellent for tuned vehicles that require the extra air flow. 

    The OEM air scoop works in conjunction with our sealed airbox to seamlesly force cold air into our air intake system.  Air then flows through our 3.5" high flow air filter, which utilizes an inverted cone design for maximum engine breathing.  Our 3.5" CNC mandrel bent aluminum intake pipe allows for smooth entry of cold air directly into the the engine, minimizing turbulence from unnecessary connections. All of the components included in the CTS air intake system work flawlessly together to provide increased horsepower and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race inspired sound.

    Peak power gains range from 10-15HP on an otherwise stock vehicle. We recommend disabling your Soundaktor (noise amplifier) to fully enjoy the true sound of your motor and remove excessive drone caused by the device.

With the exhaust system flowing better performance gains be achieved. Turbo lag should also be reduced as an added benefit. IE engineers guarantee a perfect fit by designing all IE downpipes in-house using the latest technology. Digital scanning is using to scan the entire environment which ensures that there is proper clearance and that all mounting points are in the correct location. Manufactured from 304 stainless offers a life-long product that brings performance and fun to the table for years to come. POWER GAINS The most power gains will be achieved when the IE Downpipe is paired with IE matching software, air intake, and FDS intercooler. SOUND TUNING An aggressive and drone-free sound will be emitted from the IE Cast Downpipe. This should be music to your ears! Thick wall tubing and cast sections remove much of “tinny” sound emitted by cheaper, thin wall, downpipes. With downpipes, you get what you pay for in terms of sounds and overall manufacturing quality. HIGH-FLOW CATALYTIC CONVERTER IE’s performance downpipe includes a high-flow 200 cell per inch metal matrix catalyst located as close to the turbo as possible. Metal matrix catalysts are higher performance because the matrix web is thinner, allowing higher flow in the same size. Our catalyst is also a very large diameter, allowing a large flow area and maximum power. By being placed close to the turbo, emissions and unwanted unpleasant smells are greatly reduced. DIRECT BOLT-ON WITH PERFECT FITMENT The IE downpipe replaces over 6 feet of restrictive factory exhaust tubing, all the way back to the OE “Cat-Back” rear section. Sturdy fabricated mounts and precise engineering result in a rattle free and long last replacement exhaust system. 3D scanning systems were employed to ensure perfect placement both in pre and post-production phases.
