This extremely durable, performance increasing and valve-controlled system brings your new Golf R more than only an exclusive touch.

Our premium-class exhaust system has larger pipes in diameter and an optimized exhaust flow, leading to more performance and improved torque and response.

The system comes standard with chrome silver tips. Different colour tips are available from the drop-down menu.

Please note if you have an MK7.5 Golf R - The link pipe to the muffler is different to the MK7 Golf R. 

WHAT IS THE SMART BOX?

 Varex Smart Box is a control device with patent pending technology that let the user to manually and automatically adjust the exhaust sound level of the Varex exhaust.

The users can operate and make change to the settings of the Smart Box via an elegantly designed Smartphone App.

The connections between the Smart Boxes and the smart phones are via the latest Bluetooth® technology, which provides an exceptionally reliable and smooth user experience.

Smart Box provides the following functions:

• MANUAL MODE:

  • Precise manual adjustment of VAREX exhaust valve positions; 
    

  • Custom pre-set of VAREX exhaust valve positions;    
    

                

• MATRIX MODE:(ONLY WORK WITH VEHICLES EQUIPED WITH OBDII)

  • Automatic control of VAREX exhaust valve positions based on real time information of RPM,Throttle, and Speed.

 • 76mm (3 inch) tubing replaces restrictive 60mm factory tubing

 • Bolt on fitment - no hassle or poorly fitting parts when you choose IE

 • Constructed of 304 stainless long-lasting and high-quality material

 • Thick turbo flange - prevents leaks and warping

 • High flow 200 cell catalytic converter - full power with reduced pollution and smell

 • OEM style flex section - allows for more adjustment and won’t fail

 • All inclusive kit - downpipe, midpipes, all hardware

iPE will not be held responsible for any damages to the vehicle, and warranties on our products will be voided if the damages occurred due to improper installation.If you have any trouble installing the system please contact your authorized dealer!



2. The manufacturer, importer or dealer shall not be liable for any incidental damage including personal injury or any other damages caused by improper installation or operation of the iPE exhaust system. When installing the iPE exhaust system be careful that the exhaust system does not touch other parts sensitive to high temperature.



3. iPE makes no representation or warranties with regard to damage caused by the improper installation, use and maintenance of the iPE exhaust system. The warranty is limited to defects recognized by our technical department and of normal use only, and excludes items subject to normal wear and tear(gaskets and damping wool). The warranty is voided in case of accidents, modifications, improper or competition uses.
