Our high flow throttle body inlet is designed it to be larger, but also more aerodynamic than the stock part. Our inlet has a 56% internal volume increase over the stock inlet. Using the latest CAD software, the shape of the inlet tract was flow optimized and cast from aluminum for best performance. All critical parts were CNC machined to ensure perfect fitment and performance.

We have also included our machined throttle body spacer from with two additional ports for boost reference and methanol injection; as well and a high-flow 2.75″ throttle inlet pipe. Custom-made silicone couplers and t-bolt clamps allow for seamless, easy installation.

Our piston design ensures long life, easy installation, complete serviceability, great sound and great value. This valve is quite compact being slightly shorter than the stock unit and fits nicely even in the tight engine bays of today’s VAG cars.

Beware of these hybrid builds, they are not made to provide optimal flow for the larger turbine wheel and can lead to poor performance and premature failure. The air scoop works in conjunction with our sealed airbox to seamlessly force cold air into our 2.75″ air intake system.  Air then flows through our high flow cone air filter, which utilizes an inverted cone design for maximum engine breathing.  Our CNC mandrel-bent aluminum intake pipe allows for smooth entry of cold air into the engine providing peak power gains ranging from 9-15WHP. By using a factory MAF position, you can be sure that fuel trims will remain perfect.

All of the components included in the CTS air intake system work flawlessly together to provide increased horsepower and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race-inspired sound.

This intake kit is designed to be compatible with our FSI EA113 BOSS kits; intake pipe features 2x 1/8″ bungs and 1x 1/2″ bung for easy installation of BOSS kits. Plugs are included.

We are proud to release the new our CTS Turbo Stage 3.5 Fuel Pump Kit for MQB GTI, MK7 Golf R, and B9 A4/A5.  As you may already know the TFSI fueling system has two separate fuel pumps, the LPFP (Low-Pressure Fuel Pump) and HPFP (High-Pressure Fuel Pump).  While there are a number of options for HPFP available, including the Autotech HPFP, there are limited options for fortifying the low-pressure fuel system.  CTS has developed a fully integrated fueling system, which utilizes a Walbro 525LPH E85 compatible in-tank fuel pump that is capable of supporting in excess of 600HP.  If you’re looking for a fuel pump system to support all the power that your engine can handle look no further than the CTS Turbo Stage 3.5 Fuel Pump Kit for MQB GTI, Golf R, 8V Audi A3/S3 and MQL B9 A4/A5.

NB: please keep in mind that some modifications to your fuel pump basket is required. Some baskets differ from each other so installation should be performed by an experienced technician.

Torqbyte Controller is an optional add-on and strongly recommended when using E85 fuel and tuning.
