  1. Turbosmart BOV Kompact Shortie Plumb Back fits Mercedes (C63 AMG 2014+)

    Turbosmart’s latest Kompact valve kit has been developed as a direct plug-and-play solution for the new C63 AMG.

    Despite its high-performance intentions, the Mercedes’ standard bypass valves are plastic units that bleed boost and struggle to cope with the pressure, particularly in tuned vehicles. 

    Turbosmart’s Kompact kit for the C63 comes with two billet aluminium valves that are a direct fit replacement for the factory diverter valves.

    The Kompact holds boost in better than the factory valves, and can never be overcome by boost. The result is more efficient performance from the factory turbochargers, as well as the crisp sound of a piston-style BOV.

    For those who want blow-off valve sound, the Dual Port both vents-to-atmosphere as well as recirculates air, while the Plumb Back is 100% recirculating for quiet, OEM-style operation. 

    Unlike the factory valves, the Turbosmart replacement kit is mechanically controlled by manifold pressure, meaning the valves open when you want them to, not when a computer decides they should.

    This puts control back in the hands of the driver, and ensures the valves do not release boost when they shouldn’t.

These valves are a high performance replacement for the standard diverter valve fitted to the current 2.0 TSI range. Unlike the standard valve's plastic construction, they are machined from aircraft grade aluminium, and bolt straight up to the factory location, offering all the technology from Turbosmart's race-bred BOV range in an OEM-replacement package. The Dual Port offers a 50/50 split between recirculating and vent-to-atmosphere, for quiet operation at low boost, and the high performance sound associated with vent-to-atmosphere BOVs at higher boost. The Dual Port also recirculates enough air to keep the car's ECU happy. Turbosmart's Kompact Shortie does not leak, bleed boost pressure or struggle with increased boost on tuned vehicles.     CTS Turbo is proud to announce our proprietary high-flow downpipe for 2018+ Audi 8V RS3/8S TTRS with 2.5L TFSI EVO (EA855) engine. This stainless steel high-flow downpipe that allows the user to remove the restrictive factory "main catalytic converters". This downpipe is a part of our modular exhaust system and it is compatible with factory or CTS Turbo mid-pipes.
