CTS Turbo is proud to offer our upgraded turbo inlet hose for the MK7+ VW and 8V Audi MQB vehicles.  The factory turbo inlet hose is corrugated with internal ridges that disrupt air flow.  Not only do they reduce air flow, but the plastic can become weak over time causing leaks and reduced performance.

The CTS Turbo turbo inlet hose is constructed from 5-ply silicone that will not collapse, even under heavy load. This is MUCH stronger than other inlet hoses offered by different companies. Collapsing intake hose can cause turbo to fail!!

CTS Turbo is proud to announce our proprietary high-flow downpipe for 2018+ Audi 8V RS3/8S TTRS with 2.5L TFSI EVO (EA855) engine. This stainless steel high-flow downpipe that allows the user to remove the restrictive factory "main catalytic converters". This downpipe is a part of our modular exhaust system and it is compatible with factory or CTS Turbo mid-pipes. We used CAD simulation to streamline the flow of exhaust gasses and ensure that it splits evenly into two outlets. Many hours of R&D were spent to ensure perfect fit, smooth exhaust flow and excellent sound. The factory turbo outlet pipe is constructed from flimsy plastic and is quite narrow, which results in an extreme airflow restriction. The CTS Turbo high flow turbo outlet pipe kit is constructed from mandrel-bent 60mm aluminum tubing. A custom 5-ply silicon coupler makes installation simple! The CTS Turbo high flow turbo outlet pipe kit also replaces all the factory charge piping between the turbocharger compressor housing and factory intercooler. At CTS Turbo we are proud to announce our new air intake system for the MK5 R32. The OEM air scoop works in conjunction with our sealed airbox to seamlesly force cold air into our air intake system. Air then flows through our high flow cone air filter, which utilizes an inverted cone design for maximum engine breathing. Our high quality silicones fit seamlessly with the OEM MAF flange allowing for smooth entry of cold air into the the engine providing peak power gains ranging from 9-15HP. All of the components included in the CTS air intake system work flawlessly together to provide increased horsepower and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race inspired sound.
