A set of four boost hoses and air box coupler hose for the Audi RS3 and Audi TTRS - Please note the airbox hose (centre of the kit image) does not fit the DNWA and DAZA engine codes. This hose kit includes the intercooler inlet and outlet hoses (two largest hoses seen in the kit image), throttle body hose located at feed into alloy inlet manifold elbow (straight reducer seen in the kit image), and turbo outlet hose (two smallest hoses in the kit image, one being an alternative for the facelift 8V models).

The Forge silicone hoses in this kit are Fluorosilicone lined to prevent oil vapour penetration throughout the inner hose wall. Fluorosilicone lining also renders the kit suitable to be used with either modern long-life coolants or Organic Acid Technology coolants (O.A.T.).

The use of a Fluorosilicone lining ensures that Forge silicone hoses are the clear market leader.

OVERVIEW

This plug and play harness kit is required for IE TrueFlex ECU Tunes for VW and Audi MQB Gen 3 engines. This includes everything necessary for the flex-fuel sensor to send real-time data from your fuel system to the ECU and adjust for any content mix from 91 pump to full E85 automatically.

INSTALLATION

This harness kit is fully assembled to proper lengths and includes everything needed to install in a clean and factory-like install. Disconnecting and cutting of factory soft fuel lines is required and should be completed with great care or by a professional.

On a 2.0L Porsche Macan, this muffler delete gave an additional 10bhp during dyno tests.

The IE DSG Tune for the MK6 2.0T TSI has been carefully set up to make the car way more fun to drive. It completely reworks the shift point mapping in both drive and sport. The transmission will no longer lug the engine in drive mode. Clutch clamping forces are increased so the transmission can safely handle much more power. Shifts are much, much faster taking time directly off the 0-60 and ¼ mile times. ONE TUNE FOR ALL STAGES IE’s TCU/DSG tune is all-inclusive and does not offer expensive upgrades. That’s right, there are no unnecessary upgrade charges and all features are included from the outset. DRIVE MAPPING REWORKED The MK6 2.0 TSI DSG is designed to a fault to keep engine rpm extremely low in drive. We completely reworked this, creating a more enthusiast-friendly drive mapping which shifts a bit higher. This eliminates vibration and that constant feeling that you’re lugging the engine. We’ve reworked the downshifting aspect as well, making the transmission much quicker to deliver power when you need it. Thousands of miles of testing were accumulated and a variety of users were polled to come up with this improved drive mode. INCREASED CLUTCH PRESSURE Increasing the clutch pressure allows for the transmission to hold more torque without causing clutch damage or expedited wear. With the increased torque, the acceleration will be greatly increased and launches will far more aggressive. FLASHED THROUGH OBD-II PORT There’s no need to remove the TCU from the car and it can be flashed in your driveway or through an IE software dealer. Additionally, having an IE PowerLink cables means you can install updates are they become available as well as read TCU and ECU fault codes. TAKE-OFF LAG REDUCED The clutch engagement has been reworked to reduce that annoying “DSG Lag” when moving away from a stop.
