CTS Turbo Blankets isolate the heat produced by your IHI IS12/IS20/IS38 turbocharger with the purpose of reducing turbo lag, cooler air intake temperatures, protecting and prolonging engine components, and giving a boost in horsepower.  In keeping the heat of the exhaust gases contained within the hot side of the turbocharger and away from the cool side of the turbocharger and the intake path, more oxygen per unit volume reaches the engine, and thus, more power.

CTS Turbo is proud to announce our proprietary high-flow downpipe for 2018+ Audi 8V RS3/8S TTRS with 2.5L TFSI EVO (EA855) engine. This stainless steel high-flow downpipe that allows the user to remove the restrictive factory "main catalytic converters". This downpipe is a part of our modular exhaust system and it is compatible with factory or CTS Turbo mid-pipes. We used CAD simulation to streamline the flow of exhaust gasses and ensure that it splits evenly into two outlets. Many hours of R&D were spent to ensure perfect fit, smooth exhaust flow and excellent sound. Our kit is designed to work with all of the factory electronics, will not cause any check engine lights and is plug and play with no wiring extensions required. The CTS Turbo Atmospheric BOV KIT (EA888.3) replaces the factory plastic unit which has been prone to failure from torn diaphragms, cracked plastic, and electrical malfunctions. Our piston design ensures long life, easy installation, complete serviceability, great sound and great value. This valve is quite compact being slightly shorter than the stock unit and fits nicely even in the tight engine bays of today’s VAG cars.

We are proud to release the new our CTS Turbo Stage 3 Fuel Pump Kit for MQB GTI, MK7 Golf R, and B9 A4/A5.  As you may already know the TFSI fueling system has two separate fuel pumps, the LPFP (Low-Pressure Fuel Pump) and HPFP (High-Pressure Fuel Pump).  While there are a number of options for HPFP available, including the Autotech HPFP, there are limited options for fortifying the low-pressure fuel system.  CTS has developed a fully integrated fueling system, which utilizes a Walbro 450LPH E85 compatible in-tank fuel pump that is capable of supporting in excess of 500HP.  If you’re looking for a fuel pump system to support all the power that your engine can handle look no further than the CTS Turbo Stage 3 Fuel Pump Kit for MQB GTI, Golf R, 8V Audi A3/S3 and MQL B9 A4/A5.

NB: please keep in mind that some modifications to your fuel pump basket is required. Some baskets differ from each other so installation should be performed by an experienced technician.

The CTS Turbo Muffler delete is a one-piece design CNC constructed from T6 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum and hard anodized to reduce wear.

Our Turbo Muffler delete replaces the restrictive, power-robbing OEM Turbo Muffler, which is designed to reduce turbocharger harmonic noise.  By removing the restriction you gain 6-7HP and improve the throttle response!

Our kit installs in 30 minutes with hand tools, fits perfectly and looks great.
